Viewpoints in Malaga for incredible views, Hotel Del Pintor
One of the main tourist attractions of the Costa del Sol are its beaches, although there is another way to enjoy the coast. From some of the best viewpoints in Malaga located on natural balconies you can enjoy privileged views of the coast or the interior of the province.
Malaga is located in an incomparable natural enclave by the sea, that sea that bathes our coasts and welcomes us with its unmistakable aroma of salt, water and life.
From Hotel Del Pintor we want to recommend some of the best viewpoints in Malaga . Places from which to take spectacular photographs that will be the envy of more than one.
1. Gibralfaro Viewpoint
A few meters from our hotel, it is the best known and most easily accessible viewpoint. It offers one of the most traditional views of Malaga, with the Malagueta bullring and the Paseo del Parque in the foreground. An image that captures the Paseo del Parque and the Port of Malaga, as an addition while visiting a monument considered a symbol of the city.
2. Viewpoint of the 'Falcon'
This viewpoint owes its curious name to the series 'Falcon Crest' and to the grace of the young people of Malaga, who named it years ago because one of the nearby houses resembles that of the popular series.
From it you can see the bay of Malaga and enjoy the tranquility, it has less influx than the other viewpoints of the city.
It is located in the eastern part of the city, in the residential area Cerrado de Calderón . At the southern entrance of the Parque del Morlaco, it is possible to leave the vehicles and follow a path to a small square located at the petrol station of the Baños del Carmen.
Enjoy bird's eye view of Malaga!
3. Blapo viewpoint
Very close to the previous one, is the most “underground” viewpoint in Malaga, in an area that still has graffiti, slides and broken swings. There, in addition to enjoying and taking pictures of the views, you can take beautiful pictures in the surroundings.
4. Pinares de San Antón Peak
Lovers of hiking and "hunters" of panoramic views should not miss the views of this viewpoint.
From the top of the peak of San Antón, at the end of the road of the same name, you can enjoy the best views of the sea from the heights, over the city of Malaga and the natural landscapes that surround it.
It is not a viewpoint as such, and the road to it runs along the mountain without signaling, so it is recommended to be accompanied by a local guide.
Once there, you will find yourself in an incomparable place where you can take the best photographs of Malaga , an unforgettable memory of your trip to the Costa del Sol .
